Please note: this class is for Adults only 18+
*Note - Tuesday Session November 19th - December 17th will have 6th week of class scheduled as open studio time due to the holidays*
Do you want to learn the basics of handbuilding? Our 6 week handbuilding program will explore basic handbuilding techniques through creating pinch pots, coil pots, and slab work. In addition, learn about surface design, beginner-level sculpting, & more! Instructor will have weekly projects & encourage students to explore forms and techniques on their own as well.
Class Fee Includes:
- 3 Hour Weekly Class (3rd hour is optional & utilized as open studio time)

25 lbs of Clay
- Use of studio machinery, tools, & equipment
- Glazes/Materials
- Kiln Firing Access
Students will need to bring:
- Hand towel or Apron
- It is also recommended to trim your nails, as short as you're comfortable with.
Class sizes are limited to 8 people to ensure 1 on 1 time with the instructor.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested at least 1 week before the session. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the session starting date will receive a 50% refund. Any Cancellations made day of OR after a session has started will not be issued a refund & cannot be put toward a future session.
MAKE UP POLICY- Students will be allowed 1 make up class per 6 week session. This class will be added on at the end of the 6 week session. The date/time of the makeup class will be depend on when the student's pieces are able to be safely bisque fired & ready to glaze. Due to kiln firing schedules & kiln space, this makeup class may be up to 2-4 weeks after the end of the 6 week session.
